Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire Wing

• Comprises 30 units, in 4 sectors and covers all of Bedfordshire & Cambridgeshire plus a little of Lincolnshire and Suffolk.
  
  

• The Wing Headquarters is at Cambridge.
  
  

• Air Experience Flying is from No 5 AEF at RAF Wyton or No 7 AEF at RAF Cranwell
  
  

• Gliding is usually from either RAF Henlow; Watton or Syerston
  
  

• The Wing provides extra activities for its Squadrons which includes Adventure Training trips to Windermere in the Lake District and Llanbedr in North Wales, trips to Nijmegan in Holland, and runs various training courses for its Staff and Cadets from its training centre at RAF Brampton.
